Zutaten

  • 500 g cod or pollock fillet
  • 8 piece small corn tortillas
  • 250 g white cabbage
  • 2 piece lime
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 40 g mayonnaise
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 5 g smoked paprika
  • 30 ml olive oil

Zubereitung

  1. Shred the cabbage finely, then toss with the juice of one lime, a pinch of salt and the chopped cilantro. Let it sit so the flavours mingle.
  2. For the crema, stir together the yogurt, mayonnaise, the juice of the second lime and a little zest, then season with salt.
  3. Cut the fish into strips, season with smoked paprika and salt, and fry in the hot olive oil until crisp and golden all over.
  4. Warm the tortillas briefly in a dry pan, fill with slaw and fish, drizzle with the lime crema and finish with fresh cilantro.
