  • 400 g paneer
  • 500 g leaf spinach
  • 2 piece onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 20 g ginger
  • 150 ml cream
  • 40 g ghee
  • 6 g garam masala
  • 5 g ground cumin
  • 3 g turmeric
  • 1 piece green chilli
  • 1 pinch salt

Zubereitung

  1. Cut the paneer into bite-sized cubes and fry in a little ghee until golden on all sides, then lift out and set aside.
  2. Finely chop the onions, garlic, ginger and chilli and sweat them in the same pot over medium heat until soft and golden.
  3. Stir in the garam masala, cumin and turmeric, add the spinach and let it wilt, then blend everything into a smooth green sauce.
  4. Stir in the cream, return the fried paneer, season with salt and let it warm through. Serve with rice or naan.
