⏱ 55 min · 🍽 6 Portionen · 🧂 10 Zutaten

Zutaten

  • 500 g sweet cherries
  • 3 piece eggs
  • 90 g sugar
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 80 g all-purpose flour
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 20 g butter for the dish
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 10 g powdered sugar

Zubereitung

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Butter a baking dish generously. Wash and pit the cherries and scatter them over the base of the dish.
  2. Whisk the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until frothy. Stir in the flour, then gradually add the milk and cream until you have a smooth, thin batter.
  3. Pour the batter evenly over the cherries and bake the clafoutis until it puffs up golden and the center is just set.
  4. Let it cool briefly – it will sink a little, which is exactly as it should be. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
