  • 400 g flour
  • 1 sachet dry yeast
  • 120 ml milk
  • 110 g sugar
  • 110 g butter
  • 1 piece egg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1000 g plums
  • 3 g ground cinnamon

Zubereitung

  1. Knead 300 g flour with the yeast, 50 g sugar, the egg, a pinch of salt, the lukewarm milk and 50 g soft butter into a smooth yeast dough.
  2. Let the dough rise covered in a warm place until doubled in size. Meanwhile wash the plums, remove the stones and score them.
  3. Roll the dough onto a baking tray and arrange the plums densely on top like roof tiles. Rub the remaining flour, sugar, cinnamon and butter into streusel and scatter over.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 C until the streusel is golden and the plums are soft. Let cool slightly and serve.
