Knead 300 g flour with the yeast, 50 g sugar, the egg, a pinch of salt, the lukewarm milk and 50 g soft butter into a smooth yeast dough.

Let the dough rise covered in a warm place until doubled in size. Meanwhile wash the plums, remove the stones and score them.

Roll the dough onto a baking tray and arrange the plums densely on top like roof tiles. Rub the remaining flour, sugar, cinnamon and butter into streusel and scatter over.

Bake in a preheated oven at 190 C until the streusel is golden and the plums are soft. Let cool slightly and serve.
