Zutaten

  • 2 piece ripe bananas
  • 200 g plain flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 piece eggs
  • 1 sachet baking powder
  • 20 g sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 30 g butter
  • 60 ml maple syrup
  • 40 g walnuts

Zubereitung

  1. Mash the bananas in a bowl with a fork until fairly smooth, then stir in the milk and eggs until well combined.
  2. Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt, then fold into the banana mixture until you have a smooth, thick batter. Let it rest for five minutes.
  3. Melt a little butter in a pan over medium heat and add a small ladle of batter per pancake. Cook for two minutes until bubbles form, then flip and finish cooking.
  4. Roughly chop the walnuts and toast them briefly in the pan. Serve the pancakes stacked with maple syrup and walnuts.
