  • 600 g salmon fillet (skin on)
  • 40 g medium mustard
  • 30 g honey
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 1 piece lemon
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Zubereitung

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Pat the salmon dry, season with salt and pepper and place skin-side down on a lined baking sheet.
  2. Mix the mustard, honey, olive oil and chopped dill into a glaze.
  3. Spread the glaze evenly over the salmon.
  4. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the salmon is just cooked through. Serve with lemon wedges.
