Slice the chicken into finger-width strips. Core and slice the bell peppers, cut the onions into wedges, and finely chop the garlic. Combine the paprika, cumin, chili flakes, salt, and pepper, then toss the chicken in the spice mix until evenly coated.

Heat half the oil in a large skillet until very hot. Sear the chicken strips until golden brown and just cooked through, then transfer to a plate.
