Zutaten

  • 800 g waxy potatoes
  • 300 g zucchini
  • 200 ml cream
  • 150 g grated cheese (e.g. Gouda)
  • 1 piece onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Zubereitung

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top/bottom heat). Slice the potatoes and zucchini thinly and cut the onion into rings.
  2. Layer the vegetables alternately in a greased baking dish, lightly salting and peppering each layer.
  3. Mix the cream with the pressed garlic and nutmeg and pour it evenly over the vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for 40 minutes until golden.
