Overnight Oats with Berries

Ingredients

  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 250 ml milk
  • 150 g plain yogurt
  • 150 g mixed berries
  • 20 g honey
  • 20 g chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Stir the oats, chia seeds, milk and yogurt together well in a bowl or two jars.
  2. Mix in the honey, cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
  3. In the morning, stir; loosen with a splash of milk if needed.
  4. Top with fresh berries and serve.
