Ingredients

  • 2 piece cucumbers
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 bunch fresh dill
  • 0.5 piece red onion
  • 15 ml white balsamic vinegar
  • 5 g sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  2. Gently squeeze the cucumber slices with your hands so the dressing stays creamy. Slice the red onion into fine rings.
  3. Whisk the sour cream with vinegar, sugar and chopped dill until smooth, then season with pepper.
  4. Fold the cucumbers and onion through the dressing and let everything rest for 10 minutes before serving.
