Preheat the oven to 190 °C conventional heat and set out a baking dish, roughly 20 × 25 cm.

Gently toss the berries with the sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice directly in the dish until every berry is lightly coated.

For the streusel, combine the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, oats and salt. Add the cold butter in cubes and rub it in with your fingertips until coarse, pebbly crumbs form.
