Ingredients

  • 500 g pollock fillet
  • 700 g waxy potatoes
  • 250 ml cream
  • 30 g medium mustard
  • 1 piece lemon
  • 100 g grated gouda
  • 15 g fresh dill
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Peel the potatoes, slice them thinly and parboil for about 8 minutes, then drain.
  2. Cut the pollock into pieces, drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Lay it in a greased baking dish.
  3. Stir the cream with the mustard and chopped dill and season. Layer the potato slices over the fish like roof tiles and pour the sauce over the top.
  4. Scatter with gouda and bake until the surface is golden brown and the fish is cooked through.
