Pat the prawns dry and season lightly with salt. Slice the garlic thinly and finely chop the chilli.

Warm the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and let the garlic and chilli turn slowly golden and fragrant.

Turn up the heat, add the prawns and toss until they are pink and just cooked through, then finish with a squeeze of lemon juice.
