Stir-Fried Noodles with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 400 g egg noodles
  • 1 piece red bell pepper
  • 2 piece carrots
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 150 g snap peas
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 20 ml sesame oil
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 20 g fresh ginger
  • 3 piece spring onions
  • 3 g chili flakes
  • 20 g sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to the packet, drain, rinse cold and toss with a little sesame oil so they stay loose.
  2. Cut the pepper and carrots into fine strips and break the broccoli into small florets. Finely chop the garlic and ginger and slice the spring onions into rings.
  3. Heat the remaining sesame oil in a wok until very hot. Stir-fry the carrots and broccoli for 3 minutes, then add the pepper and snap peas and fry for 2 more minutes.
  4. Add the garlic and ginger and fry briefly. Toss in the noodles and soy sauce and stir-fry everything vigorously for 2 minutes.
  5. Season with chili flakes and serve topped with spring onions and sesame seeds.
