Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons basil leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 4 servings of fish
  • 4 Cloves garlic, pressed or crushed
  • 1 slice ginger (1 to 2 teaspoon minced)
  • 6 Green onions, sliced diagonally
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon (toasted) sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Spray a foil-lined baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  2. Place fish on baking sheet.Mince green onions, basil, ginger, and garlic.Rub mixture on both sides of the fish.Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne.
  3. Brush with sesame oil.
  4. Let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.Preheat oven to 450F.
  5. Bake fish uncovered for 10-12 minutes, until golden.
