Ingredients

  • 2 Salmon fillets
  • 1/2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dill, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow bowl. Toss well with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Let rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Combine the sour cream, minced garlic, dill and lemon juice in a bowl. Cover and store in the fridge until ready to serve.
  4. Add the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, sear the salmon on both sides, about 3-5 minutes for each side.
  5. Serve with the prepared sauce and some mixed salad.
