Whisk the flour, milk, eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt into a smooth batter and let it rest briefly to swell.

Peel, core and thinly slice the apples. Toss them with the cinnamon and fold them into the batter.

Heat a little butter in a pan, add a ladle of batter and cook over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
