Mash the bananas in a bowl with a fork until fairly smooth, then stir in the milk and eggs until well combined.

Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt, then fold into the banana mixture until you have a smooth, thick batter. Let it rest for five minutes.

Melt a little butter in a pan over medium heat and add a small ladle of batter per pancake. Cook for two minutes until bubbles form, then flip and finish cooking.
