Salmon from the Airfryer

A German recipe that comes to the table all over the country: an airfryer now stands in many kitchens, and salmon fillet turns out particularly quickly in it. The skin becomes crisp and crackling, while the flesh underneath stays just juicy and glossy inside. A squeeze of lemon rounds off the fillet.
