  • 250 g pudding rice
  • 1 l milk
  • 70 g sugar
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 5 g ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk to a boil in a tall pot with the vanilla sugar, 50 g of the sugar and a pinch of salt. Stir in the pudding rice and lower the heat.
  2. Let the rice simmer gently uncovered, stirring regularly so nothing catches on the base, until the grains are soft and creamy.
  3. Mix the remaining sugar with the cinnamon. Spoon the rice pudding into bowls and dust generously with the cinnamon sugar. Serve warm or cold.
