  • 800 g green beans
  • 400 g chopped tomatoes
  • 1 piece onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 80 ml olive oil
  • 100 g feta
  • 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 pinch salt

Przygotowanie

  1. Trim the green beans and cut off the ends. Dice the onion and finely chop the garlic.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a wide pot and gently soften the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the beans and chopped tomatoes, season with salt and braise covered over low heat until the beans are meltingly soft and the sauce has thickened.
  4. Scatter the warm beans with crumbled feta and chopped parsley and serve with bread.
