Ingredients

  • 24 piece wonton wrappers
  • 250 g minced pork
  • 20 g fresh ginger
  • 2 piece spring onions
  • 20 ml soy sauce
  • 1200 ml chicken broth
  • 200 g pak choi
  • 1 piece leek
  • 10 ml sesame oil
  • 0.5 bunch coriander

Instructions

  1. For the filling, knead the minced pork with half the grated ginger, chopped spring onions, soy sauce and sesame oil.
  2. Place a small spoonful of filling on each wonton wrapper, moisten the edges with water and pinch into a little pouch.
  3. Bring the chicken broth to a boil with the remaining ginger and add the leek cut into strips. Let it simmer briefly.
  4. Drop the wontons into the gently simmering broth in batches and cook until they float to the top and are done.
  5. Add the pak choi to the soup and let it wilt. Ladle into bowls and scatter with coriander.
